Quick DIY Advent Calender

Hey guys December is right around the corner which means Christmas is almost here! I already bought a few Christmas presents but we’re nowhere done with getting everything. Oh and the fact that we recently got engaged makes this whole time of the year so much more special.

Well.. advent calendar..does it ring a bell? Me and my sister used have them with little chocolates in them and so now I’m going to make one for Chris. This advent calendar will be even more special cause not only does it have a little chocolate in them it also has a sweet personal note in it.

Here’s what you need:

  • Thin paper in a fun pattern

  • Ribbon

  • Glue gun with glue sticks

  • Chocolates

  • Sweet tiny notes

  • Glitter

  • Glue

So here's what you have to do:

- Before you start cut 25 small strips and 25 squares. I ripped the squares to give it a more fun look.

- Use glue to write on the number and sprinkle some glitter on top of ‘em.

- Let the squares dry completely so set them aside.

- Next write down sweet little notes on the small strips and roll them up.

- Take your thin paper and cut these in squares where the rolled up paper and the chocolate will fit in.

- Now put the chocolate and the rolled up paper inside of it and wrap it up with a nice ribbon.

- Finally use your glue gun to glue on the glittery square papers!

- Now you can choose to hang them up but I decided to give these small ‘presents’ personally every day.

Enjoy this quick very last minute advent calendar DIY! It’s so easy and quick to make and even more special with it’s personal touch!

Love,
